Against the chaos and daily bustle of the big cities, the Algazal.CO office emerges with innovative and differentiated purposes: since 2016 the office has been home to ideas and projects that stand out for their singularities. Right at the beginning of the creative process and even in the arrangement of details for execution, everything is designed to reframe choices, paths, directions and experiences.
It is in urban des(order) that we find meaning to drive social and political changes. Finding challenges, rethinking aesthetics, proposing solutions, architecting details and going far beyond design in cutting edge software. Our values translate into the practice of architecture as urban construction through paths, sections that draw a new destination for our society.
The office brings poetry, philosophy, art and design as pillars of daily work. Passionate about the cultural and sociological sense, the team continues to design chimeras, yearnings and ideals: Assisting in the structuring of cities, planning and building an efficient project makes architecture and urbanism an activity with a legitimate social function.
Seeking to minimize the invisibility of systemic problems in Brazilian cities by democratizing access to good architecture. The office dreams of the harmony and union of with (steps) that build and solidify a more humane future and reach for all.

The proposal
Throughout the process of elaborating our ideas, we put care about user and customer experiences as a priority. But after all, what would this “experience” be within architecture? Based on the assumption that experiences are channeled by human senses, we need to understand the subject's intimacy, his relationship with the environment and the space in which he is inserted. In this regard, we see the importance of the convergence of psychology and architecture as a method to further enhance the assertiveness of our work.
From that, we idealized strategies of the most varied scales, aroused sensations, materialized narratives and, finally, delivered an IMPACT result for the daily life of those who experience Algazal.CO's proposal.
From commercial to residential architecture, team planning goes through a thorough creative process. This step is performed in order to know the multiple facets of the client and their respective desires regarding the conception of ideas.
When it comes to trends and market positioning, Algazal.CO is in evidence and ready to immerse itself in the universe of architectural novelties. By preserving the essence of the profession, the team acts with diligence and caution in every detail in homes, stores and corporate spaces, always striving for the best service to the project briefing.

Still young in the architecture market, the Algazal.CO office has already taken on major projects: the office has already led bold projects and bold propositions such as an emergency housing project proposal in Haiti, and Sustainable School in Mozambique, whose work has gained international repercussion .
Fernanda Algazal says that the office has undergone several changes since it was in its “embryonic” phase. According to her, the experiences acquired over time were essential to make Algazal.CO a space for collaboration and personal, social and professional development.
Credibility is the key concept of the brand that decided to go international to further expand the purpose of innovation in the customer / user experience.
Here, organizational culture is also a feature of our identity. The creative process is far from the romanticized conviction we are used to. Our plans and strategies are always prepared respecting and taking into account the individuality and characteristics of each professional who is part of the office team. For this reason, we understand that flexibility, collaboration and the work culture itself has made us achieve exponential growth in such a short time.
The brand that bears the partner's surname, has already undergone a re-brand and today is positioned in the national and international market with a new purpose for creating and executing bold projects.

The office has in its portfolio important clients who could experience a little of our way of doing architecture: Itaú, Nestlé, Oi, Samsung, Unimed, Chevrolet, Barilla, Caloi, Nokia, L'oréal, Votorantim, Volkswagen, Saint Gobain, Enel and Toyota, Netflix, Rock in Rio 2019, among others.

Fernanda Algazal is an Architect and Urban Planner at Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), postgraduate and Political and Social Psychology at Universidade de São Paulo (USP), with continued training focused on the market (FAAP, ESPM and Belas Artes), and international experiences with the Architectural Association (AA).
With extensive experience in project development and enterprise management: scope, costs, risks and quality. At different scales: Building, institutional, corporate, residential and commercial constructions.
Worked with the Center for Studies and Mapping Social Exclusion for Public Policies (CEMESPP), focusing on urban planning, long-distance social studies and urban and regional economics as a product of the partnership between the Ministry of Cities and the Department of Planning, Urbanism and Environment - UNESP that produced reports on the current situation of social housing in Brazil.
He was recognized and awarded by the National Engineering and Innovation Competition Promom Engenharia, in addition to representing the Faculty of Science and Technology UNESP- in the Miguel Aroztegui Biennial Ibero-American Competition (2013) and nomination for the EuroELEC Awards (2015).
With experience and performance of the Executive Management of Government - Caixa Econômica Federal, whose work culminated in institutional projects, urban development and financing of urban interventions, today in front of Algazal.CO with projects covering several scales and works in important Brazilian cities.
